Yes, and we'll guide you through the process of registering a domain name and setting up hosting. We do offer web hosting services for our clients who are on one of our WordPress care plan packages using our dedicated server.
Website costs can vary depending on your goals and requirements and without discussing your project with you first, we can't give you a ball-park figure. Our projects typically start at $3,500 range for an entry-level WordPress website and go up depending on your unique needs.
The length of time depends on the complexity of the project and whether we have all the neccessary materials from the client at the start of the project. A basic website typically takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish.

Yep! We can help you build a fully functioning small online store or create a slimmed down online product catalog without purchasing capabilities. We love using WooCommerce for creating eCommerce websites due to its ease of use and wide range of add-ons available. For large eCommerce websites, we'd be happy to refer you to a company that specializes in that.
WordPress is a Content Management System (CMS), which is a tool that allows you to maintain the pages of your site yourself, without any technical skills. All edits to your website are done right in the browser window, no additional software is required. You'll be able to update content, images, products, blog posts and more. If you get stuck, we'll be there to help guide you along.
Yes, we provide training to all clients on how to maintain their websites at the end of the project. We're available after the project as well to answer any questions or help you if you get stuck.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is all about increasing where your site shows up in search engine results. The higher your site ranks, the more likely you are to get more traffic (customers) to your site.
No, the websites we build follow best practises for search engines but we cannot guarantee improvements to your rankings.
If you require SEO services we can put you in touch with someone who is certified in SEO optimization.
We don't directly write content for your site. We use a tool called Content Snare to help guide you through the content needed for each page.
If you require help writing the content, we work with a few copyrighters who can help you out.
No, but we can put you in touch with some amazing graphic designers to help with your logo, branding and marketing materials.
